Bookings can be made via telephone or email (see our Contact Us page).
To ensure you are able to book your requested day and time, we encourage clients to book in advance.
We are also often able to accept bookings on the same day that you would like a treatment.
We accept cash or bank transfer.

SMS Booking Appointment Confirmation
A confirmation SMS is sent out the day before as a reminder for all appointments.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know 24 hours prior if you need to cancel your appointment. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice of their scheduled appointments will be required to pay 50% of the treatment costs.
Please note that if you are using a Gift Voucher and arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced.

If you do not show for your booking without notice, then the Gift Voucher will be voided.
